Job Description
The Senior Estimator will participate in all aspects of the bid and estimating process, performing quantity take-offs, pricing, scoping, and bidding of construction projects, and developing and documenting logical assumptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3-7 years of equivalent experience
- General knowledge of construction principles and processes
- Ability to synthesize cost data from a wide range of sources
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of estimating technology and tools
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
