Job Description
We are seeking a talented Workforce Planning Manager / Human Resources Manager to support the McCarthy Southern Pacific business unit. The role will ensure mobile employees feel supported and valued throughout their assignments, and leverage workforce data to help the business plan and deploy talent strategically.
Requirements
- Guide employees through the decision-making process for assignments and relocations
- Coordinate moving and housing logistics, assist families with relocation needs, and connect employees to local resources
- Track, analyze, and report on workforce trends, demographics, and assignments
- Maintain accurate records and respond to administrative inquiries
