Job Description
McColm & Company is seeking qualified individuals to serve as role players for national security and foreign affairs focused training programs. Role players will simulate scenarios, provide acting during training exercises, and maintain character. The role involves travel to various training sites and adhering to strict safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a role player for federal training programs is highly desired.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, including knowledge of one or more target languages.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
- Must be U.S. Citizen and reliable, punctual, and able to pass background checks.
