We are launching a role focused on accelerating the growth of Lillet Spritz Rosé across London. This exciting fixed-term position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in strengthening the brand’s distribution, visibility, and rate of sale across a diverse range of on-trade venues.
Requirements
- Identify new on-trade outlets that align with the Lillet Spritz Rosé brand
- Drive new distribution, menu listings, and back-bar visibility
- Deliver inclusive, welcoming sampling activity — Lillet’s “superpower” — across priority venues
- Support events and seasonal activations including Aperitif Hour and Le Petit Spritz
- Ensure POS, menus, and visibility touchpoints are accessible, consistent, and on-brand
- Provide supportive, confidence-building staff training to deliver a consistent perfect serve
- Collaborate with BDEs/CAEs to strengthen rate of sale in high-potential accounts
- Capture insights and feedback to help shape future brand growth
