Senior Contract Management Spec

The Senior Contract Management Spec is responsible for managing contracts, claims, and customer relationships at the project level. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with internal functions and clients, and reporting to the Contracts Manager/Director. The position requires a strong understanding of contract management, commercial awareness, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Assist in the preparation of pre-contract award
• Support customer contract negotiations
• Manage graduate trainees
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with internal functions and clients
• Coordinate bonds, performance, and parent company guarantees
• Ensure inputs are received from all functions in relation to any contractual matters
• Interface with various functions including project management, engineering, SCM, fabrication, construction, marine installation, and customer/client
