Senior Principal Contract Management Spec

The Senior Principal Contract Management Spec role requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop creative solutions to Contracts Management challenges. The role involves managing client relationships, flowing down contracts, managing change, insurance, and risk management, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Manage client relationships on prime contract issues
• Flow downs from the prime contract to subcontracts and purchase orders
• Client correspondence, including both technical and commercial issues
• Manage change, including change orders rights, and obligations
• Insurance and insurance claims management
• Permit requirements, both in obtaining and ensuring compliance, including local, state Federal requirements, and Letter of credit requirements
• Risk management, including risks registers and warranty obligations
• Report to both the project directorate and any joint venture / consortium partners on both technical and commercial issues
• Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
• Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
• Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
