Graphic Designer

McGuireWoods is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role is responsible for producing high-quality digital, print, and occasional video or animated assets that support firmwide marketing, business development, communications, and event initiatives.

Requirements

• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets across digital, print, and presentation formats
• Ensure all creative work aligns with and reinforces McGuireWoods' brand standards and visual identity
• Support project management for creative initiatives by helping track timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently
• Translate creative direction, feedback, and business objectives into polished, effective design solutions
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper technical specifications
• Maintain awareness of design trends, tools, and best practices across print, digital, typography, motion, AI, and visual storytelling
