Graphic Designer

McGuireWoods is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is a strong visual problem-solver with excellent typography skills and the ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets across digital, print, and presentation formats
• Ensure all creative work aligns with and reinforces McGuireWoods' brand standards and visual identity
• Collaborate closely with the Design Manager, design team, and broader marketing and communications teams
• Support project management for creative initiatives by helping track timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently
• Translate creative direction, feedback, and business objectives into polished, effective design solutions
