Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center environment
