Bilingual Spanish Recruiter

MCI is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across diverse roles. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a track record of successful work. This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to a Manager, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Requirements

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools
• Maintain candidate pipelines
• Provide a positive candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies
