AREA LEASING SUPPORT MANAGER

The Area Leasing Support Manager is responsible for supporting the leasing team, driving leasing performance, and ensuring resident experience. This role involves monitoring leads, overseeing property operations, processing move-outs, and providing on-site coverage at properties. The position requires a results-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 4 years of property management or leasing experience
• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance requirements
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel across assigned portfolio
