The Leasing Manager is a vital role within PeakMade, responsible for the property's leasing, marketing, and resident relations. This role requires a creative and adaptable individual who can build rapport with clients and team members, manage property events, and achieve revenue and occupancy goals. The position involves both hands-on leasing and a strategic, people-centric approach.

Requirements

• Hire, lead, and develop full time and part time leasing staff
• Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events
• Assist with move-out and move-in events
• Regular onsite presence is essential
• Strong communication skills
