Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative and talented Project Designer to join their Charlotte, NC team. The role involves providing production support, reviewing shop drawings, preparing construction documents, and assisting with project administration. The firm values strong client relationships and community partnerships and offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect (preferred)
- Five (5) years combined experience as an intern architect and/or architect
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Newforma Project Center
- Experience with Newforma Project Analyzer (Planifi)
- Thorough knowledge of building technology fundamentals
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
