Job Description
MDVIP is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and strategic guidance on healthcare regulations, compliance, and transactional matters. This role will work closely with executive leadership and the legal team to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The legal team supports MDVIP's operations and growth by offering legal support to various areas.
Requirements
- Legal Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Five (5) years of experience practicing healthcare law at a law firm.
- Strong interpersonal and business-focused legal skills.
