Job Description
Measure Marketing is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers, primarily within Canada and the US. The role involves heavy CRM utilization, cold and warm lead prospecting, meeting booking, pipeline nurturing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and driven individual comfortable with outbound and inbound sales activities.
Requirements
- Prospect via cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Set qualified meetings for AEs
- Maintain clean HubSpot CRM data, sequences, and activity logs
- Engage leads from inbound, events, or lead lists
- Run short qualification/discovery calls before hand-off
- Hit weekly KPIs (calls, emails, booked meetings)
- Establish rapport and nurture relationships through follow-up communication and appointment confirmation
- Monitor and report on business development performance and market feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques
