Requirements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and perceptions
- Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions through customer research, competitive analysis, and usage insights
- Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing features
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for new features and enhancements
- Define adoption strategy for high-impact features and identify opportunities to increase usage
- Maintain and evolve buyer personas across facilities and professionals
- Equip Sales and Account Management with messaging and collateral
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure positioning is reflected in campaigns and in-product experiences
