Job Description
Monks is seeking a VP of Revenue to drive revenue growth, optimize commercial performance, and lead alignment across marketing, revenue, and new business. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach and the ability to build and coach high-performing teams. The VP will contribute to revenue-based decision-making, pipeline health, and innovation for sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in revenue-focused leadership roles
- Experience in setting business strategy, leading forecasting, and managing P&L
- Advanced skills in commercial analytics, revenue reporting, and CRM tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
