MediaMarktSaturn is seeking an ITSM Engineer to join their team at the MMST ITSM Platform. The role involves configuring, developing, and supporting their Ivanti Neurons ITSM system, integrating with other systems, defining ITSM processes, and providing consulting services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC Remedy).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices (ITIL).
• Experience with system integration, configuration, and support.
• High proficiency in office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good to have: ITIL certification or formal ITSM training.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and writing SQL queries.
• Previous experience working with Ivanti Neurons specifically.
