Workforce Planning Specialist

Medibank is looking for a Workforce Planning Specialist to help deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will work in partnership with specialised teams across multiple channels, facilitating daily cadences with team leaders and building and optimising rosters.

Requirements

• Expertise in Workforce Management principles and scheduling software
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with Genesys platforms and outbound dialler tools preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to change
• Experience in managing multiple channels of communication (omni channel)
• Ideally working in a similar role in Banking, Telco or the Insurance industry
