Job Description
Medical Guardian is seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of their Linux-based environment. This role focuses on proactive monitoring, process management, and system optimization, impacting critical business applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in cloud migration and contribute to the team’s future growth, supporting both traditional and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Linux-based production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Linux internals, including process management, systemd service configuration, journald logging, and performance tuning.
- Experience configuring and managing Apache web servers.
- Understanding of load balancing concepts and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with containerized environments.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
