The Account Manager role is to increase sales and margins by attracting new customers and expanding Medline's product and service offering to our existing customers. The role involves designing and executing an account plan, creating customer value and loyalty, and working with internal team members to drive sales success and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Successfully completed higher education or relevant work experience in business and/or healthcare
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes are advantageous
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Able to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externally
- Strong drive for results
- Well-organised and structured
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing, highly demanding environment
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English
