Senior Systems Engineer (Hybrid Infrastructure) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Hybrid Infrastructure) to ensure our systems and platforms remain reliable, secure, and ready for the future. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will operate, monitor, and maintain hybrid Azure and on-prem infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in infrastructure operations or system administration
• Strong hands-on experience operating Windows Server environments
• Solid experience supporting VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
• Experience monitoring enterprise infrastructure and responding to alerts and incidents
• Experience working in hybrid or cloud-connected environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working with monitoring tools and operational dashboards
• Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, and on-call support
• Strong understanding of operational best practices and system reliability
• Clear and effective communication skills and ability to work closely with engineering teams
