Senior Front-End Engineer

Medsien is the leading provider of scalable remote care management for a quality patient experience. We are seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to join our team of talented and inspiring developers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to develop and maintain responsive single-page applications using React.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Optimize application performance.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries.
• Write clean, well-documented code that is scalable and maintainable.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with product managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-friendly.
• Understand how code fits into broader technical and/or business contexts.
• Actively participate in code review and technical design reviews.
• Work on medium to large projects.
• Participate in all system/component implementation and design from development to production.
• Research new technologies and prototype new ideas.
• Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.
• Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and fix defects in software.
• Participate in building Scrum processes and agile culture within the company.
