Staff Front End Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional front end development experience
• Deep expertise of 3+ years in React (including state management, animations, and Webpack)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
• Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end
• Passion for design systems, performance optimization, and crafting exceptional user experiences
• Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process
• Collaborative mindset
• Awareness of scalability and performance considerations across browsers and devices
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
