On-site Medical Live Scribe

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Medical Live Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care.

Requirements

• Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time.
• Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.
• Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.
• Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
