Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to join our team. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and supplying EMR notes. The ideal candidate should have a high school level education, healthcare BPO experience, excellent English proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office
- At least High School Level with 6 months healthcare BPO experience
- Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
- Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
- 25 wpm or faster
- Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willingness to work overtime is a plus
