Virtual Medical Assistant - On Site (Start Date January 12)

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant! The candidate will work in the Cebu IT Park office, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing EMR notes. The ideal candidate has high school level education, 6 months of healthcare BPO experience, and excellent English proficiency.

Requirements

• At least High School Level with 6 months healthcare BPO experience
• Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
• 25 wpm or faster
• Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willingness to work overtime is a plus
