Virtual Medical Assistant - On Site (Start Date January 5)

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to work with DrCatalyst, a remote healthcare staffing organization. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and supplying EMR notes on all calls conducted.

Requirements

• At least High School Level with 6 months healthcare BPO experience
• Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
• Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
• 25 wpm or faster
• Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
