Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing for Gran Melia Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market presence through strategic planning, effective sales strategies, and innovative marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Local experience
- Diploma/degree in hotel management or sales and marketing
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel within Jakarta market in MICE business, Government sector, and Corporate business
- Excellent command of Bahasa and English
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
- Strong leadership, analytical and commercial skills
- High flexibility and service orientation
