Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Guest Concierge to join our Club by Meliía team. You will provide personalized service to guests and proactively invite them to know the commercial proposal in the sales room. Our guest concierge will have unlimited commission opportunities and work in an international and exclusive environment.
Requirements
- 1/2 years of experience in similar positions
- Studies in tourism, public relations, marketing, hotel management, or similar
- Very high English, another language will be highly valued
- Interest in the commercial area and sensitivity to detect sales opportunities
- Good communication, public relations, proactive, customer-oriented, and high service vocations skills
- Knowledge of the Office package
