The MICE and Corporate Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for Premium Sales, Corporate Sales, and MICE & Sales Development business sources at Meliá Chiang Mai. They will work with the area Revenue Management team and hotel GM to achieve revenue targets and ensure the implementation of the High End sales strategy.
Requirements
- Develops the sales strategy for the hotel/s under their responsibility
- Ensures the implementation of the High End sales strategy in the sales area's Premium hotels
- Participates in the definition of the Premium Sales strategy
- Defines the hotel's sales objectives and validates them with the Area Director of Sales as well as with the Premium Director of Sales
- Monitors the sales targets defined for the Premium hotels under their responsibility
- Coordinates the necessary actions to achieve the defined targets
- Defines and implements the Business Plan of the Premium hotels under their responsibility
- Follows up on the objectives of the Premium hotels under their responsibility
- Identifies and coordinates with the Premium Sales Partner the hotels' sales needs
- Ensures participation in the sales actions defined in the action plan
- Leads, together with the area Revenue Management, the Business Review of the Premium hotels under their responsibility
- Management of luxury Local Accounts
- Ensures the correct preparation and execution of sales inspection visits
- Oversees the management of group quotations in the hotels under their responsibility
