Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with leaders and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The role will also provide day-to-day performance management guidance and use evidence and data to identify HR priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Working knowledge of human resource disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
