Answer incoming calls to main hospital switchboard, determine appropriate resolution, and provide overhead paging for hospital. Assume responsibility for the main call center position and support new employees and co-workers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in telephone operation, communication, call center or related environment required
- Medical terminology knowledge helpful
- Demonstrated leadership skills required
