Job Description
Mendaera is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and contribute to the development of the company's web platform and infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, define technical direction, and ensure scalability and compliance of the systems that underpin Mendaera's work.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Define and drive technical vision for infrastructure and internal systems
- Establish consistency in infrastructure-as-code across AWS environments
- Oversee compliance practices for frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, and medical device regulatory requirements
- Lead development of Mendaera's internal web portal
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, clinical, and regulatory to align on priorities and execution
- Enforce and hold a high bar for best practices in security, observability, automation, and availability
