Job Description
Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Case Manager for Adult Team Mental Health Services. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary support and case manager for adults with mental illness, assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience providing psychosocial rehab related services to a disabled population
- Valid CPR certificate
- Class C driver's license
- TB clearance
- Knowledge of community resources
- Motivational interviewing and harm reduction
- Computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
