Case Manager for Homeless Housing Recovery and Mental Health

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Case Manager for Homeless Housing Recovery and Mental Health. The ideal candidate will work with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, providing intensive case management services, advocating for housing and healthcare benefits, and supporting members in achieving community integration, education, and employment goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience providing psychosocial rehab related services to a disabled population
• Bachelor’s degree in a human related field (preferred)
• Driving with current class C driver’s license, vehicle for transportation, and proof of valid automobile insurance
• Valid CPR certificate (preferred)
• Knowledgeable of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
