MHALA is seeking a Temporary Case Manager for Young Adult Homeless and Recovery Services. This role supports young adults experiencing mental illness in their transition to adulthood by providing case management, advocating for their needs, and helping them achieve goals such as stable housing, employment, and education. Requirements
- Develop Recovery Plans/Personal Service Plans.
- Mediate and advocate for members.
- Visit members in various locations.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and mentorship.
- Organize and monitor member activities.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Vehicle for transportation.
- Spanish-speaking a plus.
