Job Description
The Mental Health Association (MHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people live fulfilling lives, including services across Western Massachusetts. This position is for a Case Manager supporting individuals in substance use and/or mental health recovery, transitioning from homelessness. The role involves supporting transition to stable housing, managing income, and accessing community resources.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Adequate automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience
- Experience working with individuals with mental health/substance use challenges or housing instability, prefferd
