Job Description
MHA – Mental Health Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people live their best life. The Case Manager provides outreach, assessment and engagement to participants of the BSAS Low-Threshold Housing Program using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and sufficient insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or relevant field
- 6 months of experience with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges or individuals with a history of housing instability
- Certifications in CPR and first aid
