Clinical Case Manager I/II - Community Treatment Team

WellPower provides comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services to improve or maintain each mental health consumer’s abilities to function in the community. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will assess, monitor, and follow up with consumers' ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. You will also provide transportation to consumers and link them to community resources.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Driver's license and a recent clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and carry Business Use coverage on your auto policy
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree
• One year experience in mental health or human services preferred
• Knowledge or ability to learn and practice trauma informed principles and practices
• Knowledge of methods of psychotherapy, community resources, and diagnostic techniques
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, navigate crisis situations, and maintain confidentiality
