Mentimeter is a company that creates an engagement tool to turn presentations into conversations. As a Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help over 1 billion people listen, learn, and work better together.
Requirements
- Experience selling B2B software solutions within the SaaS or a similar market
- Previous line management and team leadership experience within a Sales team
- A proven track record of managing customer and stakeholder relationships, as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work with data in a structured way to inform decision-making and scale actions for effective results
- Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; other major European languages are a plus (Swedish is not required)
