Job Description
Mento is seeking senior software engineering leaders passionate about coaching to join their coaching team. The role involves providing 1:1 coaching to members, participating in training, communicating effectively, and contributing to a thriving coaching community. Coaches will be paid per hour and receive select bonuses. This is a contract position offering continuous growth and impact.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals
- Experience with the Mento platform and tools
- Self-awareness and high emotional IQ
- Comfort with a constantly-changing startup environment
- Ability to dedicate at least 12+ hours per month to coaching
- Prior experience at technology companies a plus
