Job Description
Mentomos is seeking experienced Technical Research/Research & Development (R&D) coaches to help members identify and track goals, develop leadership skills, and feel engaged in their work. The role involves 1:1 coaching, participation in training, and community involvement. The company emphasizes a growth mindset and a supportive environment for coaches.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in technical research teams.
- Coaching certification preferred (but not required).
- Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace.
- Self-awareness, high emotional IQ, and a focus on safety.
