Job Description
The Utilities/Facilities Site Leader (R&D Site) position is a full-time role within the Mentor Technical Group, a world leader in life science engineering and technical solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. This position involves providing technical support and solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, managing budgets, and managing employee performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience managing plant utilities/facilities operations
- 8+ years hands-on experience with full business operations
- Experience in utilities/facilities maintenance, including budget administration and cost savings
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology manufacturing
- Strong operational experience and challenging environment exposure
- Willingness to work irregular hours and potentially rotating shifts
