Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking a highly experienced Utilities/Facilities Site Leader to provide technical support and solutions for regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The role involves strategic planning, day-to-day operations, budget administration, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of direct experience managing plant utilities/facilities operations
- 8+ years hands-on experience with full-business operations, planning, budgeting, contracting, and cost-saving
- Strong operational experience and experience in a challenging environment
- Fluency in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology manufacturing is required
