Job Description
Ramp Supervisor responsible for day-to-day operational performance, safety, security, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leadership, team management, and adherence to aviation standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Valid Driver's license and DA
- 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada
- Extensive experience in Ramp Handling
- Knowledge of IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement
- GOMs, Airline procedures, Airport procedures, Airport legislations
- International Aviation Safety and Security standards
- SLA driven to meet customer expectations
- Strong sense of stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop the team, provide succession planning and re-engineer business processes
- Ability to drive and deliver improvement plans and follow up process
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
