Revel8 is redefining cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations. They are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to build relationships with clients, drive onboarding, and act as a technical expert, focusing on achieving real impact with their platform. This is a hybrid role.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and own strong relationships with a portfolio of 20-40 clients.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients and champion long-term product adoption.
- Become a go-to technical expert on the platform.
- Advise customers on how to leverage the platform for security goals.
