Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
