The role focuses on providing exceptional support to Nordic-speaking customers, assisting with online shopping inquiries, and resolving issues. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
