Requirements
- Investigate and resolve Homeowners claims.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain state property claims licensing (depending on location).
- Experience using estimating software like Xactimate.
- Prior experience in property claims, customer service, construction, or restoration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, or bilingual.
