We're looking for an Antifraud Analyst to strengthen our fraud detection and prevention capabilities across payment flows. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with transactional fraud in fintech, payments, or e-commerce, and a strong understanding of fraud typologies, detection strategies, and risk control frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with transactional fraud in fintech, payments, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of fraud typologies, detection strategies, and risk control frameworks
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring programs and risk requirements from payment networks
- Proven ability to own performance metrics and drive measurable fraud reduction or efficiency improvements
- Highly analytical, with the ability to identify suspicious patterns, anomalies, and trends in complex datasets
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with large volumes of transactional data
- Experience analyzing data and presenting results via dashboards and reports
- Ability to translate analytical findings into practical actions and control improvements
- Able to work independently, taking ownership where your expertise is needed
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working across teams, functions, and cultures
- Clear communicator, capable of explaining complex analytical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving fraud threats
